The Gila River to Grants

The Gila was amazing, The trail crossed the river 230 times. The early morning crosses were a bit chilly, but in the midday sun I was looking forward to crossing the river.

Thanks to Stonewall Jerquee for supporting me!
Home.

The Pie Town Post Office. I spent 72 hours in Pie Town. Eat 3 pieces of Pie. Watched the ground turn white from snow from the comforts of the Toaster House, a hostel for hikers and bikers.

I hiked along this ridge to the Arch. To the right is a large Lava field. Watched the storms off in the distance all day.
La Ventana, Natural Arch
Clouds and a breeze, perfect hiking weather.

Oh road walks.
